Wina So & Jimmy Tang

Who says you can’t find a good man at a party? Wina’s first encounter with Jimmy was in West Hollywood on a warm summer evening in 2009 while Wina was having a good time with some girlfriends on a girls’ night out. Jimmy was just passing by as Wina caught a clear glimpse of him and then somehow, they bumped.

They ended up at the bar and began sipping on drinks. One thing led to another and the evening ended with them exchanging phone numbers.  “It was a while before we went on our first date” remembers Wina “as I hesitated to accept-but with his persistence and kindness I just couldn’t resist.”  From that date on, they found so much in common and a bond formed that “I would have never imagined” says Wina.

Jimmy remarks, “The unexpected always hits you when you least expect it. I would have to say, I’m a true believer in fate and destiny, but I do believe in altering my own paths. Never would I expect fate to bring a goddess such as Wina to me.”

He never thought he would meet his soul mate over drinks and that would turn into a lifetime experience. “Wina always amazes me” says Jimmy “with every little thing she does.

I think love is when two minds can process the same thing at the same time. I can’t wait until the day we form our marriage into a new venture of our lives and share and link our lives in every way possible.”
