I simply love what I do, I love photographing weddings. I love hearing about the details and personalized touches each couple puts into their wedding, making no two weddings alike. I never look at a wedding as just another day at work. I build up this anticipation each week for my upcoming event. For me weddings are my life!
I hadn’t planned to become a wedding photographer. I had planned to move to New York City after college and become a fashion photographer. Lucky for me, that never happened and I found my calling! I can’t say it enough how much I LOVE what I do. One of my absolute favorite parts of the day is my couple’s first dance. I love capturing the way the bride and groom look into each others eyes during their first dance. My goal is to capture moments from your wedding day in a journalistic style for you to enjoy for years to come. My couples often tell me that when they look at their photographs the recall how they were feeling in that particular moment in time. When I hear that, I know I have done my job.
I photograph a limited number of weddings each year to provide my couples with the personalized attention they deserve. I do not want my clients to feel like they are another number. I personally oversee every step of the entire process from our initial meeting through the completion of your album. I have also been very fortunate to be asked to travel with my clients for their destination weddings. We have photographed weddings and day after sessions in Belize, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and most recently Nevis.
