Ana Paz Cakes has been serving the Miami area for twenty-six years.

My specialty comes from my grandmother's recipe of a vanilla rum cake. It is very soft and mild in taste that everyone can enjoy. I also have other flavors to please every palette. These include chocolate, carrot, fruit cake, almond, lemon and others.

I am a certified Kosher Parve and my ingredients are of premium quality. Whether it's butter cream, almond paste or fondant, I try to please each bride with their dream cake. The cakes can be very simple and classical or elaborate and ornate. I use sugar and fresh flowers to decorate and trim the cakes.

I have two locations in the Miami area. The Doral locaiton is at 1460-D NW 107th Avenue, Miami Fl, 33172, which is where all the baking is done. For information about consultations in Doral call (305) 471-5850.

My pride and joy in the heart of Coral Gables, is located at 2714 Ponce De Leon Boulevard. It is open from Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am-5:30pm and no appointment is necessary.
