Set in a restored 1901 former sugar barrel cooperage factory on the Williamsburg waterfront, Wythe Hotel offers a wedding experience that’s both effortlessly stylish and deeply personal. As the original boutique hotel in the neighborhood, Wythe combines historic charm with thoughtful design and warm hospitality — creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop for couples looking to celebrate in Brooklyn.
With exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and natural light pouring into every space, our event venues feel open, inviting, and full of character. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration for 50 or a reception for up to 200 guests, Wythe is designed to host the entire wedding weekend — from rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks to the ceremony, afterparty, and post-wedding brunch — all under one roof.
Catering is led by our in-house French brasserie, Le Crocodile, named a two-time Top 100 restaurant by The New York Times. Known for its seasonal menus rooted in timeless French cooking and local ingredients, every dish is crafted with care to elevate your experience. From cocktail hour to dinner service, custom wedding cakes and late-night bites, Le Crocodile ensures a memorable culinary journey.
Wythe Hotel earned its MICHELIN Key distinction – awarded to hotels providing exceptional hotel experience – by offering a truly singular hospitality experience that blends Brooklyn’s creative spirit with elevated design, thoughtful service, and a deep sense of place.
Our adaptive reuse design preserves the building’s century-old industrial roots, including exposed brick walls, cast iron columns, wooden ceilings, and arched windows. We hired local craftsmen to repurpose materials found in the building’s remodeling to create unique and artistic guest room furnishings.
