Designed by internationally renowned Caribbean architect Lane Pettigrew, Zemi Beach House’s architecture was inspired by Anguilla’s natural environment, blending modern, clean lines with classic Caribbean building details. The interiors of all public spaces were designed by Miami-based interior designer Cuba Fernandez.

Dine on the sand or indoors beneath the soaring 32-foot ceiling of 20 Knots. Serving a breakfast buffet daily.
Rhum Room featuring more than 100 small-batch, single-estate rums that recall the Caribbean’s 18th century sugarcane plantations. The Rhum Room is a refined and elegant tasting room in which to savor the best island rums and small bites, perfect for late night cocktail service, private dinners and tastings.
Shoal Bay Zemi Beach Club provides a casual “no-shoes, no problem” atmosphere serving inventive cocktails against the backdrop of crystal- clear turquoise waters and towering palm trees.
The Bohio Bar & Lounge serves pre- and after-dinner cocktails, champagne and wines by the glass for guests to gather and enjoy live music and conversation in addition to a wonderful sushi menu.
Zemi Beach House’s crowned jewel is undoubtedly its award-winning Zemi Thai House Spa. Nestled inside an authentic 300-year-old Thai House that was transported from Thailand to Anguilla in the 1980s and carefully restored on-island, the spa offers a ground-breaking wellness experience. Spanning 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the Zemi Thai House Spa houses the island’s first co-ed ’House of Wellbeing’ (or Hamman) with a heated gobek tasi, Bohique mud deck for a fragrant scrub or therapeutic mud treatment, outdoor rain showers and body temperature vitality pool. There are five private spa suites, including oversized couple suites with Thai carved mahogany walls, vaulted ceilings and hanging lanterns. Guests may choose from a menu of customized therapeutic massages, holistic body treatments, signature healing rituals and facials. The spa’s juice bar is tucked away in the ancient rice barn of the Thai Tea House.
