Stuart Weitzman is offering a customization based on Stuart Weitzman’s own proposal to his wife of 50 years, Jane, when he got down on one knee with a shoe instead of a ring. The lining of the one-of-a-kind shoe was inscribed “Made expressly for the future Mrs. Weitzman.” The bridal customization program takes a page out of the designer’s playbook by offering brides the option to personalize their sock lining with their new married name and wedding date.

To address the stylish footwear needs of the modern bride, Stuart Weitzman is extending its bridal collection to include its iconic and most sought-after evening silhouettes. The collection will debut exclusively at www.stuartweitzman.com on April 18th.

The collection is comprised of 10 bridal styles in three elegant fabrics. The bride-to-be looking to add a little sparkle to her step will also have the option to adorn the white satin styles with clear or solid chalk white Swarovski crystals. From beach brides to garden party brides to more traditional brides, there is a silhouette to complement each “I Do.”
