    Arlyne Stein & Michael Rosilio

January 11, 2021 in Miami Beach, Florida

On a sunny summer day, Arlyne Stein attended a party with her best friend Renee. Making the rounds, Renee stopped to chat with her brother Isaac while his friend, Michael Rosilio, happened to be standing next to him. Instantly smitten, Arlyne and Michael hit it off and spent the party – and the subsequent summer days – together. Unbeknownst to Arlyne, Michael had already seen her around and wondered when he would have the opportunity to properly meet her. Shortly after the party, Michael travelled to Israel. Upon his return, the two officially began dating.

When they pulled up to the dock, she saw the back of a setup and said out loud, “Guys, look! someone is getting engaged.”

About a year later, Arlyne went on a boat with her friends on a Friday morning. When they pulled up to the dock, she saw the back of a setup and said out loud, “Guys, look! someone is getting engaged.”

Little did she know, it was for her. She then looked to her right and saw Michael walking towards her. Caught completely by surprise, she ran off the boat to give him a hug. Their family and friends watched from a distance, crying, and screaming in excitement as Michael got down on one knee and popped the question.

The dock was set up beautifully with roses, champagne, pictures, and a lifesaver which read, “Will You marry Me?” Arlyne wanted her engagement to be a surprise and, as per usual, Michael exceeded her expectations.

Arlyne and Michael’s wedding day was nothing less than a dream come true. The bride is forever grateful to her parents, as they took so much time and effort to help plan her day. Despite being in a pandemic, they were able to go above and beyond to make her dreams a reality. The couple sends another big thank you to J Group Events, who made it all happen. “We could not have done it without you,” says the couple.

The bride woke up the morning of her big day glowing with excitement, as she couldn’t believe the day had finally arrived. A first look session took place at the glamorous Faena Miami Beach, in front of a gorgeous mural in the lobby. Arlyne walked up to Michael who waited anxiously, tapped him on the shoulder, and he turned to see her for the very first time as his bride. Michael hugged her tightly and could not believe it was all real.

A few days beforehand, the couple watched as their custom chuppah was being built on the beach at the Faena Hotel. To see it finished in all its beauty was truly phenomenal, and it made for the perfect wedding ceremony focal point. An ocean backdrop and magnificent florals made it even more spectacular. The ceremony had everyone in tears, and cocktail hour took place around Faena’s iconic wooly mammoth.

The reception followed at PAO, where the terrace was completely transformed with a custom Faena-inspired mosaic floor and thousands of flowers covering the ceiling. The dining room was impeccably detailed with a colorful flower explosion around the Damien Hirst Unicorn sculpture, bespoke table settings, delicate florals including ranunculus, roses, mini orchids, and hydrangeas in eclectic vases, and an oversized “taller than thou” wedding cake.

Dessert was a production, taking place in the Tree of Life area and featuring treats from all across the globe, including Israel, Syria, South America, and France. Coffee and tea stations along with a custom ice cream cart completed the area. Following the sugar rush, the newlyweds and their guests celebrated until the early hours of the morning.

Arlyne and Michael were met with so many different emotions. They were excited, nervous, anxious, and overwhelmed. The happy couple continued to celebrate their marriage by traveling to Italy for their honeymoon, visiting Positano and Capri. Positano was a beautiful place, where the couple got to relax in the most peaceful and crystal blue water they’ve ever seen.

Next, they went to Capri for some action and shopping. Their favorite part was being in Positano, jumping in and out of the ocean and recognizing its beauty.
