This love story started back in 2003 when a family friend introduced Liz and Darryl in Orlando, FL. Darryl was attending the University of Central Florida and Liz was in town visiting family before her move to study at the University of Miami. Four years passed.
The two became seriously committed to one another, just before Liz moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Over the next four years, the two of them would become frequent flyers.
A LASTING COMMITMENT TO EACH OTHER
When her schooling was over the two settled in Tampa and finally made a lasting commitment to each other. Before a long car ride to New Orleans for an Ironman race, Darryl took Liz to a church to pray for their safe journey and a great race.
He then proposed to her in the grotto of the church with the help of his nephew Colin. The rest is history, and their beautiful Filipino wedding did not just mark their life commitment to each other, but it was a celebration of love.
