Little Palm Island should be called, “Paradise Island.”

Driving through the Florida Keys with clear blue skies and water to match was just an appetizer to what I was yet to experience – the unexpected. You know, the feeling when you’re completely surprised and blown away? That's how this trip was for me.

After you park your car, you are greeted at the Shore Station with a genuine smile and a signature drink that was so refreshing and delicious: the Gumby Slumber.

Within minutes, a motor yacht called The Truman swept me away to Little Palm Island. Entering the island via the long dock, hearing the live piano music filling the air, lifts you with excitement as you walk towards the grand house.

I was then escorted by a lovely woman who led me along a sand covered path, where I saw island deer and a variety of birds, to an absolutely luxurious private villa. I was thrilled to call this private villa “home” for the next three evenings. As a personalized touch, my name was also on the stairway to my private deck. I was welcomed nightly to my sanctuary by a roaring outdoor fire, inches from the ocean and a copper soaking tub.

The gourmet food of Little Palm Island was heavenly – originated and curated by master Chef Danny Ganem and presented with pride by friendly and knowledgeable professionals.

I have frequented spas in my life, but I have never had decadent treatments like I did at Spa Terre. The rose petal-filled bath after a Four Hand Massage and The Royal Treatment Ritual was pure indulgence.

Imagine your own private island. The most gorgeous sunsets. There are so many details, I could go on for hours about how much I love Little Palm Island.
This is the PERFECT place for an intimate wedding or a romantic honeymoon.
