EAU PALM BEACH RESORT & SPA – FLORIDA’S ICONIC WEDDING DESTINATION

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is an iconic wedding destination in Florida, where locals and visitors alike gather together for the most luxurious celebrations. As a Forbes 5-star property, the resort has a rich history that seamlessly blends with a modern and playful atmosphere. Michelle Phillips of the Marketing & Branding team shares more about what couples can expect during their wedding planning experience at Eau Palm Beach.

GO: How would you describe the architectural style of the Eau?

A: The architectural style of the resort marries that of tradition with a modern twist. The exterior reflects the Spanish style with a terra cotta colored barrel roof, with a freshly pained building. Pale yellow and light blues on the building reflect the sun and sea that sists in the building’s backyard. Interiors have been completely renovated with a comfortable, yet luxurious design in mind.

GO: What was the inspiration behind the design of your interiors and guest rooms?

A: The 309 spacious guestrooms and suites have been designed by Jonathan Adler, to reflect the iconic Palm Beach style that combines glamour, fantasy and luxury. The colors of yellow, white and blue bring in the elements of the sun, sand and sea with a Santorini, meets Capri, meets Palm Beach vibe.

GO: Is there a specific wedding aesthetic that best fits with the Eau and its design?

A: Our weddings here at Eau Palm Beach are typically more traditional with dramatic or personalized elements added in, from the entertainment to lighting to décor. However, with our neutral and tastefully decorated ballrooms, any theme and aesthetic can truly fit within our venue. We also have an in-house Audio/Visual team that can help to enhance the feel of any wedding with pin spotting, up lights, and much more.

GO: In what type(s) of cuisine does your culinary team specialize?

A: While traditional three to four course plated dinners are most popular here at Eau Palm Beach, our skilled team of chefs is highly creative and can accommodate cuisines from Spanish to Mediterranean to Chinese, and more!

GO: What activities are available for guests to partake in during a wedding weekend?

A: Our resort offers a true “destination” feeling, even for our local couples! Eau Palm Beach features everything from fun in the sun at our two pools, snorkeling and turtle nesting in the ocean, tennis round robins at our tennis courts, games on the resort lawn, rest and relaxation at our full-service Eau Spa, daily fitness classes with a 24-hour fitness center, our Melt ice cream shop for some sweet treats, and a concierge team to assist with any offsite excursions.

GO: What facilities, restaurants, or catering options do you have available for wedding week events like welcome dinners or post-wedding farewell brunches?

A: Our fine dining restaurant, Angle, has a beautiful private dining room that features a locally sourced prix fixe menu for intimate welcome dinners up to 25 guests.

Our Resort Lawn or brand-new Ocean Front Lawn lend themselves perfectly for an outdoor farewell brunch buffet, made-to-order omelet stations, bottomless mimosas and bloody mary bars!

Our Breeze Ocean Kitchen restaurant makes a beautiful backdrop for a welcome party, with the sound of the ocean waves as the soundtrack to your kickoff celebration.

If an indoor space is preferred, our Ocean Ballroom is a perfect indoor/outdoor spot with an outdoor terrace and sweeping views of the ocean from both inside and outside the ballroom.

We have the ability to transform our event spaces to create a welcome party catered to the preferences and visions of our couples!

GO: What are some nearby attractions that guests can visit while staying at the Eau?

A: The Palm Beach Par 3 Golf Course, nestled at the South End of Palm Beach Island along the Atlantic, is a favorite amongst our grooms!
