A wedding is a magical moment, and to have it at Bohemian Hotel Celebration makes it even more so. Old Florida elegance blended with contemporary luxury creates the perfect setting. Bohemian Hotel Celebration gives Grace Ormonde Wedding Style readers an insider's look into planning your dream wedding at Celebration, Florida charming boutique hotel.

GOWS: If you had to describe the property in three words, what would they be?
A: I would say picturesque, charming, exquisite are my top picks!

GOWS: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: Our typical booking window is up to 12 months in advance of the actual wedding date.

GOWS: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: Our couples will have an Event Manager to assist with the hotel related details during the planning process (such as detail meetings, food tasting and diagram completion). The Event Manager is at the hotel on the actual wedding day thru the meal, to ensure that the details run smoothly. In our ceremony package, we do include an off-site Day of Ceremony Coordinator.

GOWS: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: We have a total of 115 guestrooms here at the Bohemian Hotel Celebration. We offer discounted room blocks if you would like to have your guests stay here at the hotel, which makes it very convenient for guest’s that may want to stay with us.

GOWS: What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?
A: Though we are a boutique hotel, there are a number of options for ceremonies and receptions. For a ceremony, I would suggest our Lakeside Terrace, which is out outdoor space that overlooks the lake. I would also suggest our Aviary Ballroom for an indoor ceremony. We often use the Lakeside Terrace for our cocktail hours as well due to the location, view and beauty of the space. When it comes to our reception spaces, there are different options depending on the size of the event. For example, our Aviary Ballroom is suitable for a wedding reception or 50 or less guests, our Plantation/Orange Grove combination is suitable for up to 100 guests with dancing and the same count of up to 100 for our Sabal Ballroom. The Sabal Ballroom features 5 large glass doors that lead to a small private terrace that overlooks the lake. This ballroom can be divided into 3 sections, so it could be used for a reception of less than 100 guests as well.

GOWS: What are some of the amenities, incentives and activities that the property offers a couple?
A: In our packages, we do include a complimentary night stay for the bride and groom in a suite for the wedding night. We also include a “Grand Exit”, where we will line your guests in 2 lines outside the main entrance doors. If you decide to provide sparklers or bubbles, we will pass them out to your guests. Our valet team would be waiting for you at the end of the line with our hotel Suburban to take the bride and groom on a short ride around the town of Celebration. We have a great partnership with a bike company in town, so a lot of our guests will do scavenger hunts with their families or take a relaxing bike ride around this gorgeous town of Celebration, Florida.

GOWS: Food is such an important element at a wedding; tell me about your menu customization?
A: We have some fantastic menus for you to review and select from; however, we do have the ability to customize a menu for a couple. We have an amazingly talented Culinary Team and we work closely with our Executive Chef, Jake Brenchley, when customization is requested. He is very creative and attentive to special requests.
