GOWS: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date?
A: 2 months – 1 ½ years, based on availability.
GOWS: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process?
A: We work with the bride and groom throughout their entire wedding process, beginning with their initial visit to the hotel and extending all the way throughout to their wedding day. The bride and groom also often hire a wedding planner to handle all aspects of the wedding.
GOWS: Are accommodations and buyouts available? What is the capacity limit?
A: Yes, accommodations are available for guests of the wedding. We offer room blocks up to approximately 50 rooms.
GOWS: What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?
A: We have two gardens available for outdoor ceremonies. The Crystal Garden can accommodate 450 guests and the Polo Garden can seat up to 220 guests. We also offer indoor ceremony locations.
We offer 4 unique venues for the cocktail reception and dinner, depending on the size of the wedding. We have an intimate private dining room that can accommodate up to 60 guests and gorgeous ballrooms that can hold 60-450 guests with dancing.

GOWS: Food is such an important element at a wedding; tell me about your menu customization?
A: Our talented culinary team designs custom menus for each wedding. We love to find out the bride and groom’s favorite restaurants, memorable vacation meals, etc. to best personalize the menu. We then hold a food tasting where the bride and groom make their final selections.
