GO: How far in advance does a couple need to reserve a wedding date at Wythe Hotel?

A: We generally encourage couples to reach out a year to 18 months from their desired wedding date for Main Hall and Garden events.

GO: Are onsite wedding planners available for the wedding process? 

A: While we offer a dedicated event manager, this differs from a wedding planner. We require all clients to engage a wedding planner. This ensures all personal details such as family photos, ceremony processional, specific decor vision, and seating arrangements are handled while the Wythe Team handles all other details for a seamless wedding.


GO: Are accommodation blocks and buyouts available at Wythe Hotel? 

A: We offer courtesy room blocks up to 10 rooms to all Main Hall and Garden Terrace couples hosting their wedding/wedding weekend with us. There is a two-night minimum.  

We allow buyouts of our private event spaces along with our Bar Blondeau event space; however, we do not allow whole hotel takeovers or Le Crocodile buyouts.


GO: What spaces are available for wedding ceremonies and receptions? 

A: Main Hall & Garden Terrace – seated ceremonies and receptions along with cocktail receptions 
      Main Hall & Cellar Dining – for winter weddings when Garden Terrace is closed
      Bar Blondeau – for cocktail-style receptions
      Penthouse Loft & Cellar Dining – for intimate weddings

A: All catering is provided by Wythe Hotel’s on-site French brasserie Le Crocodile, recently named one of New York City’s top 100 restaurants by The New York Times. Chef Partner Aidan O’Neal (of beloved Greenpoint restaurant, Chez ma Tante) and his team will delight your guests with seasonally-inspired menus and excellent wine pairings.
All desserts including wedding cakes are made by our in-house pastry team, led by Executive Pastry Chef Leanne Tran, and if preferred can be customized based on vision for the event. On request, the team can accommodate additional menu customizations based on cultural and dietary needs.
